For assistance, please call
305-362-5569.

Office hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Appointments are recommended.  Please note: ACC relocated to larger office space at 15280 N.W. 79 Court, 2nd Floor in late 2003.

This committee is in charge of all the issues related to membership. The annual membership fee for the Miami Lakes Civic Association is only $35 and members get continued discounts at a majority of town restaurants, as well as lots of shops in the shopping centers and Main Street.  For more information on specific discounts please go to the Membership and Benefits page.

MLCA has long been known for providing excellent community programs and services to Miami Lakes. Our Outreach Committee makes this all happen.  They provide concerts, classes, voter registration, public safety programs, and blood drives, as well as various picnics, charity events and community functions.  If you would like to offer any program or class suggestions, please call 305-558-7755.

With the help of the Town of Miami Lakes Police Unit, this group holds a monthly meeting to inform residents of crime and public safety issues.  All residents are welcome to attend.  For information on meeting dates, please call 305-558-7755.

Miami Lakes is well known for its Veterans Day Parades.  This committee is very dedicated and coordinates every detail of the event.  So far the committee has been successful making each year's parade bigger and better than the last.  Beginning in 2003, the town's Cultural Affairs Committee is co-sponsoring the event.

This committee meets quarterly and is open to all Miami Lakes homeowners associations' presidents and officers.  The goal is to provide a forum to exchange ideas, as well as finding solutions to neighborhood problems.  For information on meeting dates, please call 305-558-7755.

Planning Town Happy Hours, dinners, domino tournaments and other social occasions are the responsibility of this festive group.  All social events are held within the Town of Miami Lakes.

Because it's important to keep Miami Lakes residents informed, this committee is responsible for newsletters, flyers, general publicity and the re-designing of this website.

This committee focuses on the many parks in Miami Lakes, as well as explores the possibility of new parks.  Additionally, this group also looks into comprehensive beautification projects.
Miami Lakes Historic Preservation Board was formed in early 2004 with the goal of identifying and preserving pieces of the Town's history, as well as developing and maintaining historic archives for the town.  This will include Madden's Hammock and its artifacts, local historic trees and buildings, as well as photographs and ancient Indian artifacts.   The MLCA Board will be appointing seven to nine members to serve on the Preservation Board and attend quarterly meetings.  Residents interested in serving on the committee and have an architecture, history, art, horticulture or related background are encouraged to call 305-557-7755 or email info@mlca.org with "Preservation Board" in the subject heading.
